“Colorado School of Mines engineers turn their talents from the terrestrial to the celestial” – that’s the headline of a recent feature in The Denver Post highlighting Mines’ first-of-its-kind space resources graduate program.  Interviewed for the article were Angel Abbud-Madrid, director of the Center for Space Resources at Mines; Space Resources professors George Sowers and Christopher Dreyer, students Justin Cyrus, Hunter Williams and Ben Thrift; as well as Mines alumnus Paul Anderson ’85, director of the Orion program at Lockheed Martin.
