Alex Gilbert, PhD graduate student in the Space Resources program published a space resources policy article in the Milken Institute Review. The article argues that better technology, falling costs, and a rush of competitive energy from the private sector has put the space industry on the cusp of starting the largest resource rush in history: mining on the Moon, Mars, and asteroids.
